So before installing macOS Catalina ensure that your Mac machine is connected to the Power Source (charging properly) and fall under the minimum supported Mac level officially mentioned by Apple. Also make a backup of your machine because you never know what could happen while installing.

- allow few apps so that they can send notifications in the Notifications bar
- locate the folder of your Google Drive and Dropbox to the actual folder, so that it will start syncing
- delete or uninstall the incompatible apps from the application, as they won’t work anyhow
